Totally clueless front desk. Had an appt scheduled for 2 weeks. Took jeep at 7am and was not able to leave key due to no envelopes in the "early bird box" so had to have my wife Had an appt scheduled for 2 weeks. Took jeep at 7am and was not able to leave key due to no envelopes in the "early bird box" so had to have my wife leave work again to drop off key. I called 10 minutes after she dropped off the key to confirm what they are supposed to do to my jeep and ask about the cost of a transmission service and they could not find my key and assured me that noone has dropped off any keys. After several "hold ons" they found the key but could not tell me about simple costs for service such as a transmission change. Went back and got my keys, i was very leary of them doing any work at all to my vehicle if they cannot do the simple things. More

Absolutely worst service department I have ever dealt with their price is astronomically high. Head for tire pressure sensors on challenger, just the labor was $316. WTH you can tell me how much it's going to cost, which $2000 for just labor is a little ridiculous I have done my share of transmission work in my day and I don't want to do it anymore. These people are obviously idiots if they don't even know what their repair shop repairs plus to think I'm stupid enough to believe that cost of labor 🙄.... Even if it is that much I'd rather pay someone else besides you morons to even trust y'all to wash my car More
