He comes from St, Louis, MO. and graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia. Landscaping, riding bikes and home improvement projects are some of Steve's favorite things. Wife Christy is a nurse on Mercy One helicopter. Daughter, Rachel is head coach at Triad Gymnastics in Ankeny and younger daughter, Abby is a grad student at ISU and works parttime in the pharmacy dept. at HyVee in Ames.
