Steve really listens when I needed to find an auto with what I really wanted and goes a another step in his recommendations on vehicles. To me he goes the extra mile to show the functions on the inside of what I really wanted and goes a another step in his recommendations on vehicles. To me he goes the extra mile to show the functions on the inside of the auto and points out how features on the outside. I also appreciate starting the process of looking online by my first criteria, sending me the link and narrowing it down for the day I came in. That's how I got my Equinox on this same day. More
