I brought my car into the Collision Center to have the chipped paint on my passenger's side door and a dent on my bumper fixed after someone hit my car. My experience with Genthe Honda was poor from the start. I tried to get an estimate and called and left several messages that were never returned. I drove up to the Service Center to say I could not get ahold of anyone, and the young lady working there told me it was a known issue that the phones are not answered in the Collision Department, and I should just walk over there. Despite the rocky start, I decided to get the repairs done because the gentleman was very kind and reassuring. I called a week later to make the appointment and told him that I had that Thursday and Friday off but would need my car back by Monday so I could drive to work. He did not confirm the time my car would be repaired but did not say it would be any issue to get the car back to me before Monday. I had not heard from anyone at the Collision Center near close of business on Friday, so I tried calling several times, but again received no answer when I was transferred. My mother tried calling on my behalf, and she was mistakenly transferred to the Service Department. She tried explaining to the young lady who answered that we are trying to find out the status of my car but could not get ahold of anyone. She said, they do not always answer the phones and I should just come up there. I find that to be extremely poor customer service. A customer should not have to drive to the building every time you do not answer the phone. I also had no way of doing that when they had my car. She only works a few feet away from the Collision Center, so I am not sure why she could not just pass along the message to the mechanics there that I am trying to reach them. Right before the close of business, my mother got ahold of the Collision Center, and they said that they never worked on my car that day and it would not be ready until Monday morning. Monday afternoon rolls around, and I have not been contacted by anyone from Genthe. I tried calling several times, and again could not get through to anyone. Tuesday afternoon rolls around, and again, no one from Genthe contacted me. Every time I was transferred the line would ring a few times then disconnect so I could not leave a voicemail. I spoke with the operator to tell her my issue and she said she knew about it and just transferred me immediately only for my call to drop again. Again, I do not know why she could not take a message if she knew I have been calling and calling. My mother finally got ahold of someone, and they told her the mechanic assigned to my car had been out sick for two days and they were trying to find someone else to work on my car. My car was finally ready Tuesday evening. When I went to pay, they could not find the original estimate and were showing me a price almost double what I was quoted. There were charges for repairs that I know were not done to my car. It looked like they had merged my bill with another customer's bill, and it took a while to sort out. The gentleman helping me was very kind and apologetic, but after everything else that had transpired, it was too much. Now I am experiencing issues with the lock on my passenger's side door after they took off the handle and I am going to have to try and get into contact with someone to fix it and take time off of work to get the repairs done. I understand that mistakes do happen, but the number of mistakes and poor service that I received from Genthe were very disappointing. I purchased my car from Genthe in February 2022. This was my first time getting a nice car, and I was excited to get all of the perks that the dealership has to offer. Sadly, this has soured my experience with Genthe. After my handle is fixed by the Collision Center, I will be taking my car elsewhere for any services needed. More

Great fast service, wasn’t expecting them to keep the car over night but they fixed it on warranty. Even sent a car to pick me up and drop me off.
