Steve, my salesman has always gone out of his way to help me, even after the sale has been completed, but my kudos today go with Glen and Amanda. They have spent hours helping me with a difficult situation, and have accomplished that to my extreme satisfaction. Customer Service I am so impressed with this dealership!! From the moment I walked in the door with my mother Joyce, to today. Everyone from Lori, the Service Desk manager, Glen the Dealership manager, and Amanda, the Finance Manager. The man that works in the office to the right of Glen, to the Service employees that would pop through. Steve, Salesman, everyone is sincerely friendly. All we own is Toyota, we've been in MANY Dealerships, and this one is by far the best, hands down!! We are going to be purchasing a new Corolla for our granddaughter. Excellent salesman, Jeff, was knowledgeable and able to efficiently show us all details of the vehicle we were interested in plus help us in comparing various styles. The facility is always clean and friendly to all family members. The Smiling Dog Café is a relaxing place to have a bite and relax while you are having any service work done or just getting your Toyota washed. There is also a little grassy park for your dogs to relax in. For families with small children there is a play room. Try this dealership and I don't think you will be disappointed. More

Dealership offers great follow up in a location that we enjoyed visiting prior to buying - it contributed to our trust of the dealership. Every employee from those at their endearing Laughing Dog food service bar to the vehicle service area and including the comfortable amenities of their waiting area (including the presence of well-behaved dogs and computers for customer use) are trained to make this a full-service dealership that keeps customer satisfaction in mind as a first priority. The greeters at the front door were always ready with a smile, our names once we purchased, and ready to get us in contact with staff we needed to talk with. With TV, comfortable chairs, a fireplace to take off any winter chill, tables and chairs for the eating area and plenty of room make visiting a pleasure. We also get a free car wash any time we wish. We actually stop in just for lunch! More

We purchased a car and found problems with it that we didn't want to deal with. They offered to do whatever we wanted including giving us our old car back and refunding our complete down payment. There was no hassle, no special looks or anything else that would have made us uncomfortable. The owner, the sales manager and the salesman, Steve, were just over and above what I was used to and what I was expecting when I returned the car. If you buy a car, buy it from these folks. Talk to Steve. Their in-dealer café is great also. The absolute best experience ever buying a car.
