Steven Schleifer was my sales person that assisted me with my purchase of my used car. I started with finding a car that I found on the website. I notified the dealer from the website that I was interest with my purchase of my used car. I started with finding a car that I found on the website. I notified the dealer from the website that I was interested in this particular car and Steven called me shortly after to set up an appointment. Upon arrival he I formed me that that particular car was sold, but they had another car same make and model with less miles on it. We looked at it and I was very happy with this new pick. We sat down and talked it over. He answered all my questions that I had. I put a deposit on the car. I had some concerns about the car and he had the mechanics address those concerns that I had. I had some questions that the bank who I had the loan with had wanted answers to. He answered every time I called and was able to answer any questions I had and one time transferred me to Jose in finance, who was also very helpful. I was very happy with my overall experience. I felt Steven went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would use Steven again when I am in search of another car. More
