Steve Schiller

Steve Schiller joined the Ryan Auto Mall CDJR Monticello team as a Sales Manager, bringing a well-rounded background in automotive, customer service, and leadership. He entered the auto industry in 2017, beginning as a salesperson at a Ford dealership in Duluth. Since then, Steve has gained valuable experience across departments—working in sales, service as an advisor, and most recently as a finance manager. Prior to his automotive career, Steve served as an Army Combat Medic and also worked in residential construction and personal training—experiences that have shaped his driven, people-focused approach to leadership. Originally from Esko, MN, Steve now lives in Delano with his wife, daughter, and their golden retriever. Outside the dealership, Steve enjoys weightlifting, motorsports, and extreme sports, as well as spending quality time with family. Whether it’s on the showroom floor or out on the trail, Steve brings energy, focus, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
