Salesman was not trained on vehicles. Was not able to answer any questions. Many questions he had to leave and disappeared for 10-15 minutes sometimes longer. Manager said he would contact in morning with wiring instructions. Did not follow up. I called several times and either no one answered or voice mails not returned. When I did get through, I was told accounting department was gone. Would call me tomorrow. Did not. Was asked to complete financing form. No acknowledgment of any kind email phone or otherwise. Meanwhile, my phone was being blown up by salesman from this dealership who didn’t even know I out a deposit down. Total chaos. Complete incompetence. OMFG. Your incompetence even extends to this survey. It won’t even let me select Ford. Please do us all a favor and sell this dealership to someone else. Anyone would be better. As a Ford shareholder, you should be banned from being a dealer. More

We were passed around to multiple people and everything took forever. Nobody was ever on the same page with pricing. Manager was super salesy and condescending. Finance was pushy and attitude changed when took forever. Nobody was ever on the same page with pricing. Manager was super salesy and condescending.
