This dealership has fair deals, but is extremely pushy both in the sales and in the follow up service texts and emails that you will receive. They will not stop harassing you and will text you even after both in the sales and in the follow up service texts and emails that you will receive. They will not stop harassing you and will text you even after you ask them to stop, using a new number. It’s probably worth the drive to get a quote from them and go to another dealership. Important note; never hand them your keys or they will “not be able to find it” when it is time for you to leave. Despicable sales tactics and constant harassment sums up Sarasota Ford. Edit: they will use AI to harass you and then if you get the AI to stop they will call you again. Be warned and look at yelp for their true rating! More

Service had the truck for over a week and did not address two of the three issues I brought it in for. I understand that the corrosion on the braking system is what made the repair difficult but the fact tha two of the three issues I brought it in for. I understand that the corrosion on the braking system is what made the repair difficult but the fact that the paint quote and the 4x4 differential issue weren’t addressed was very frustrating considering how long you had the vehicle. I made it clear to the service writer that the issue was disengaging the differential for flat towing but the tech just tested the switch from 2WD to 4H and 4L. The service writer did state that the dealership did not have a paint shop but could provide a courtesy quote from your partner, Auto Nation. I am waiting for a call back from the service writer tomorrow to resolve the differential issue. More
