Both Svetlana and Steve were thorough and answered all of our questions! Anthony was wonderful to work with and we were surprised he had only been there for two weeks or so. We appreciated Abraham’s input as well. It took a village; but we did it! I LOVE my new car!!!! So does my husband but since I have the pleasure of driving it all week, we call it my car. The experience was really good, overall. My only negative comment is that it took 6.5 hours to purchase this vehicle. It was exhausting. Steve in the finance department did a great job of explaining the warranty options without pushing me. I have purchased from Manly before and I will do it again. You are fair and not high pressure. It would help if you have some food options besides junk food. I am diabetic and not realizing it would be 6.5 hours made it difficult for me. More
