This is about the 25th dealership purchase I have made in the last fifty years. By far this was one of the best experiences I have had. Secor was a pleasant place to buy a car. I spoke with Kayleigh and she got me a price on a used certified C40. She put me in contact with Otto who I drove up to from NY to see about the car. I spoke with Kayleigh and she got me a price on a used certified C40. She put me in contact with Otto who I drove up to from NY to see about the car. I had worked out a price but they came in higher on my trade once seeing it. This lead to the only issue. They owned me about $1100 and the check took a while to get. It was not explained to me that they take about two weeks to make sure my check is cleared before they send out the refund. I finally got the refund about 3 weeks after my purchase. Overall it was a good experience and they did not try to pull any shenanigans with pricing. More
