After 12 years of loyalty as a Nissan LEAF customer, I had the most disappointing experience at this Bay Area dealership. I strongly advise against purchasing, leasing, or servicing Nissan EVs here. Over three grueling months, my vehicle’s EV module issue was misdiagnosed, and the staff wrongly replaced a perfectly functional 12V battery—then charged me for it. Despite raising the issue with management, they refused to reimburse the cost. Both the senior manager and GM showed a complete lack of responsiveness and concern for customer loyalty or repeat business. This dealership’s incompetence and dishonesty are a disservice to EV owners. More

I took my car for ABS recall to replace the part. The car had nothing wrong with it. After few days the brake light came on. Upon checking, the brake fluid was low. I filled it up.
