Steve did not help resolve our terrible experience with our tcm issue with our 2014 Ford Focus. On an issue that Ford has on a warranty. They pulled a code that should have covered the tcm known issue. Ins our tcm issue with our 2014 Ford Focus. On an issue that Ford has on a warranty. They pulled a code that should have covered the tcm known issue. Instead they said it was a faulty wire and wanted to charge us over $2000.00. Charged us over 200 to “put car back together” Took to non Ford dealer -stated it was the covered TCM. Took to my normal Ford dealer (different state) and it was fixed under warranty. Shame on you Phil Long Ford!!! More

Steve does not like to email customers back on complaints about his employees. I had an issue with me truck sitting at the service dept for a week when my appt was on 8/1/2023 at 7am. You will see my complai about his employees. I had an issue with me truck sitting at the service dept for a week when my appt was on 8/1/2023 at 7am. You will see my complaint on Gage as well. Not sure how you train or promote people to a leadership position if they can't make the customer happy. Bad management relationships. Even when I came into the dealership to pick my truck up all he was doing was sitting in his office at his computer, apparently not looking at his email and responding to his customers. More

Terrible service. When I first arrived in the service department, quite a few employees were standing around but no one wanted to wait on me. Finally someone saw me bu When I first arrived in the service department, quite a few employees were standing around but no one wanted to wait on me. Finally someone saw me but he made it clear that it wasn't his job to assist me. He did not introduce himself so I don't know his name. After I answered his few questions he sent me inside to finish getting checked in. Again, no one wanted to help me, until I stood directly in front of one man's desk and he condescendingly checked me in. Like the first man, he did not introduce himself and he wasn't wearing a name tag so there was no way to know who he was. . I was promised that my car would be ready by mid-afternoon. In fact, it wasn't ready until the next day. This was very inconvenient to me because of my schedule. Steve Martindale, who seems to be some kind of manager, was apologetic to me regarding the poor service, but he also seemed not to care. Bottom line: the WORST service I've ever had at any car dealership. I won't be going back. Find another place to go! More

Phil Long Ford is a pleasure to go to. I have never had an issue with their service, and IF I have to wait for an oil change, their waiting room is very nice and clean with free cold water, popcorn, vendin an issue with their service, and IF I have to wait for an oil change, their waiting room is very nice and clean with free cold water, popcorn, vending machine, and restrooms. All their employees are kind and friendly. I would not go anywhere else. More
