This is my fourth Lexus and Steve Machann has handled every transaction (12 years) Contacts me if there are incentives that will save me money when it is time to trade in.. Professional and remembers h every transaction (12 years) Contacts me if there are incentives that will save me money when it is time to trade in.. Professional and remembers his customers over the years. Always does what he says he is going to do. When I have had problems he is right there after the deal to help me. He does not disappear. This is my second NX300 and I love the car. Roomy in back, just the right size for parking and has plenty of zip. I had the RX350 which was larger and a sedan but love the NX the best. And you cannot beat their service department. More

Westside is the best. Beautiful Facility. Great Service Center. Steve M. is wonderful. Excellent facilities and well trained knowledgeable personnel. Always on time for meetings. Good inventory and helpful to find colors model of your choice.
