this time they seemed to have overbooked people. Took our vehicle at 11:30 and there were lots of vehicles in front of us. We called at 4:30 and were told they had not got to it and it would be the next day. But we drove out there at 5:20 and saw it up on the rack. So we waited until it was done. We were glad we did that so our vehicle did not have to sit there overnight. More

Steve is a very professional man and takes time with his customers..he explains every little detail and tells you what you may expect if the problem isn't resolved... I have no problem with Steve, he's customers..he explains every little detail and tells you what you may expect if the problem isn't resolved... I have no problem with Steve, he's what you might call a good ole boy and down to earth person...when I call to make an appointment, I want to speak to Steve... I used to have what they call a bronze card, but that was done away with a few months ago..it really helped me...now I have time pay for the oil changes and rotation, that puts a dent in my social security check...the oil changes/tire rotation was for lifetime... Just wished they could have given me some other type of service (oil change - tire rotation)... I'm a senior citizen 72 and a veteran of the Vietnam era... More
