Steve Lobaugh is the antithesis of car salesmen. He is kind, helpful, patient, considerate, knowledgeable, sensitive to the customer’s needs and pleasant to work with. Checked out other dealerships, but didn’t got the same service or attention. Came back to New Motors with different parameters, moving from a Crosstrek to a Forester. He found exactly what I wanted.
