I would like to share the disappointment I experienced after purchasing a Hyundai and inform potential buyers. First of all, I want to point out that none of the promises made during the pre-sale proce after purchasing a Hyundai and inform potential buyers. First of all, I want to point out that none of the promises made during the pre-sale process were fulfilled when I went to buy the vehicle. Before the sale, I was told that the car would be delivered with a full tank of gas, any minor existing scratches would be repaired, and winter mats would be provided as a gift. However, when I took delivery of the car, I was told to come back a week later for all these issues to be addressed. When I returned a week later, they rudely told me, “We cannot help you,” and sent me away. Shortly after taking the vehicle (2025 Model Santa Fe Hybrid), the driver’s seat adjustment mechanisms stopped working and began making noise. But the main issue is much more serious: if the car is driven for more than 30 minutes, a locking sound comes from the steering wheel, and it becomes extremely difficult to turn. I took the car to the service center and documented the issue with a video. They told me, “We will call you tomorrow,” and requested the video showing the problem. I sent the video, and the next day they called to say they could not replicate the issue and asked me to bring the car back. When I went back, I asked, “You saw the video and heard the sound; why aren’t you inspecting the steering wheel?” I then learned that the service center had only tested the car for 15 minutes, even though I had clearly stated that the problem occurs during drives longer than 30 minutes. The response I received was shocking: “We do not have the time or luxury to test your car for more than 15 minutes.” In other words, even though a critical safety component like the steering wheel was defective, they refused to repair it due to “lack of time.” After repeated insistence, the solution they proposed was even more surprising: I was asked to let the sales managers use my car to commute to work and home while assuming all potential liabilities. In the event of an accident, I would be held responsible for any damage to both my vehicle and the sales manager, despite having clearly explained the seriousness of the issue. Finally, I contacted Hyundai USA. They said a ticket had been opened and that I would receive a response, but five days have passed without any follow-up. I took my car back from the service center, and the problem still persists. In conclusion, based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing a Hyundai. More

I bought a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and they took care of me. However, they refuse to take my call and keep sending me to voicemail when I asked to speak with the finance manager to get a copy of my care of me. They never emailed it to me! More

I want to preface this by saying that my only issue was with the finance manager not aligning to what the sales rep promised us. Totally understand that our trade in was complicated esp with recent big pur with the finance manager not aligning to what the sales rep promised us. Totally understand that our trade in was complicated esp with recent big purchases (house & car). Before we started the trade in process or anything else, they should have ran my credit as we told them what it was. After we agreed to purchase and was in the finance office, they told us there's a credit score minimum for a certain APR. We've asked numerous times if the rates or the total cost will change as we will not purchase otherwise. Keep in mind that they were aware of my large purchases and my credit score, so we were very upfront about it. This car was supposed to before my father so it was disappointing to waste not only my time but even the sales reps. It left a very bad taste in our mouth as we recently purchased a Lodi Mazda and did not have the same experience. More
