First visit to service vehicle did not go well. Service was performed poorly and it was immediately apparent something was wrong. I was told, though, I couldn't return the car that moment. Jasmine was the best! !! Very informative and friendly. We ended up buying a new vehicle that day so didn't have to pay for service we were having on the vehicle we broug !! I went into Jenkins Kia in tears. Literally crying. I had been in a wreck the week before and totaled my Nissan. I loved my Nissan. Nothing could replace it. Price warranty mileage. But I loved my Nissan. I went there knowing I was not going to like anything. I bought a beautiful Kia Elantra gt. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. My sales guy Steve was awesome. I’m Probably the first person to come in crying about buying a new car. He was great. Financial was fast efficient friendly it was no stress.
