Went there to get a couple interior trim pieces installed that were broken during work performed there at an earlier date, but the service writer was to busy takling to other employees about the to installed that were broken during work performed there at an earlier date, but the service writer was to busy takling to other employees about the tow truck driver dropping the Tahoe off clear across the parking lot. At one time he was even leaning over the bed of my truck telling another employe about it. Once I did get my truck in the bay, the mechanic came over to talk to the service writer and had to wait because he was on the phone. While waiting a cute blonde came in and immediately the service writer got off the phone and asked the young lady what she needed, even though the technician was still standing beside him wanting to ask a question, and had be standing their for 10 minutes. If I was management that service writer would be looking for a job. He was by far a very very unprofessional individual, and I'm not mentioning everything this service writer did or didn't do.. That was about 6 weeks ago, give or take. I still haven't returned to have my parts installed, due to the fact that I dont really want to do any sort of business at Ferman Tarpon Springs! More
