The service performed on my car was horrible, the worse part is they did not acknowledge the damage that the technician did to my car, the oil was never changed, he added more than the standard instead of part is they did not acknowledge the damage that the technician did to my car, the oil was never changed, he added more than the standard instead of changing it, the overflowed oil was coming from everywhere and you could see it dripping on my driveway when I got home, smoke was coming out the tail pipe, the car could never be driven after that, I had to take it somewhere else to get the oil change done correctly, and amount of oil that came out was more than the safe amount to put on a car. If this is the service department that is supposed to help me keep my car in good condition, then I will never buy a Mercedes Benz again, there are other brands out there that the services are outstanding and customers are valued. More

Trent, was very warm and polite on our 1st meeting and throughout the process on the build of the Mercedes-Benz C300 Sedan Model and the specifics of my wants. His friendliness, courteousness and respect throughout the process on the build of the Mercedes-Benz C300 Sedan Model and the specifics of my wants. His friendliness, courteousness and respect towards me and my family. Letting us know how and what to expect from the timeframe during the build. Knowing and not feeling the stress of the sale. I look forward to our relationship by referring anyone to Mercedes-Benz of Henderson. Being a Military Veteran, I hope other Veterans will take this survey in rating of Mr. Trent Jenkins, and if thinking and/or of buying a vehicle that they will stop by Mercedes-Benz of Henderson.
