To be honest I gave Steve Glynn an absolute impossible task of finding a difficult vehicle to acquire (dealerships out 10-12 weeks). Not only did he pull it off, he hit a homerun during the process. I purchased this vehicle sight unseen from 1200 miles away. It had EVERYTHING I had requested, it was done professionally and exceeded my expectations. Steve's communication throughout this process was second to none. It was by far the best experience I have ever encountered at any dealership I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase. This is the way all dealerships should be run, but good luck to any competitors. They'll have their hands full trying to keep up with this guy and this dealership.
