The entire sales team at Audi Warrington, from Rick Kozub to John, Mike and Steve, all worked together to bring to me the car I wanted. Rick was especially helpful, from the YouTube video he sent of one ca to John, Mike and Steve, all worked together to bring to me the car I wanted. I am usually not the one to be leaving reviews however this time I felled compelled to write something. This was my first time buying from Audi Warrington, where do I begin, the process was smooth from b this time I felled compelled to write something. This was my first time buying from Audi Warrington, where do I begin, the process was smooth from beginning to end. The process started with Jake online trying to nail down the car I wanted, if I was financing/leasing etc. Then Jake smoothly handed me over to Mike where we finalized all the details so when I show up at the dealership then it is a matter of just picking up the car. Once I arrived at the dealership Jake and Mike greeted me. Mike was so wonderful in explaining everything. Mike informed us everything we needed to know about the car. I can go on and on with many details however they made this process so smooth that we would only buy future Audi/Porsche from only this dealership. Many thanks to there manager Steve who finalized the deal before I even walked into the dealership. Jake and Mike were a pleasure to work with. More
