100% dishonest! We had a signed quote on the purchase of a new Ford truck and at the 11th hour, the dishonest salesman, Cesar, lowered the trade in by 500 buck. I We had a signed quote on the purchase of a new Ford truck and at the 11th hour, the dishonest salesman, Cesar, lowered the trade in by 500 buck. I had just spent a 1/2 day getting snow rated tires on the truck or I would have walked on the deal. It’s really unfortunate that a major dealership would allow their employees to conduct business like this. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership and their dishonest salesman, Cesar , is his name. I hope that 500 bucks was with it my friend. I will go out of my way to share my horrible experience with the general public and social media. I hope it was worth it. And you wonder why sales people get a xxxxy reputation? Now you know. More
