I came to Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram ready to lease a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black Edition. The initial numbers weren’t even close, so I thanked everyone and left. Later I received a call saying the GM had approved a much better deal. I was told to leave a $500 refundable deposit and that the deal would be held for 72 hours. After I agreed and called my insurance company, everything changed. Suddenly I was told the deal had to happen that night because of month-end timing. I even drove back to the dealership after nobody answered my calls or texts. The truck wasn’t available, and I was promised a callback the next day. That call never came. When I finally called, I was told the incentives hadn’t really changed, but now the issue was that they were “losing money.” To be fair, my deposit was refunded immediately, and I don’t blame the salesman. He was polite, never pressured me into another truck, and I believe he was doing his best. My frustration is with the dealership’s process. I walked away feeling like the goalposts just kept moving, and that’s ultimately why they lost my business. More
Had my brand new 2026 Ram for 3 months; it’s now been sitting with service for 3 weeks… Zero clue by service when the part will come in. After 2 weeks they tell YOU to call Chrysler customer care to expe sitting with service for 3 weeks… Zero clue by service when the part will come in. After 2 weeks they tell YOU to call Chrysler customer care to expedite YOUR own part. And when you do call they create a case, but then days go by & you don’t hear from anyone. Also, took me a week to get a loaner. Told me they didn’t have any (their selling point is they have loaners when you get a car from them). When I went to pick up my loaner there was 20 cars there (ram’s included which I didn’t get, so they had cars to be loaned out). No idea when my part will come in to fix my brand new truck. Shop elsewhere. More

On September 3rd 2025, I Purchased a 2023 Promaster from Westbury Ram. I was OK with the purchase price, But was BLINDSIDED by the Manditory "Negotiable"vehicle protection package. In the contract it clearl Westbury Ram. I was OK with the purchase price, But was BLINDSIDED by the Manditory "Negotiable"vehicle protection package. In the contract it clearly states this package is NEGOTIABLE, but was told that it was NOT NEGOTIABLE. This protection packace included iterior protection and a paint sealant both of which were NEVER applied due to time constraints. It also included car washes (This vehicle will not fit through a car wash) and oil changes for I belive a year. I live 306 miles away from dealer but was not allowed to drop this package that was of NO VALUE to me AND WAS NEVER APPLIED anyway. Today, 4-14-26 responsing to a letter from them I was offered a Extended service contract for 4 years/ 48,000mi. Was pressured to buy TODAY, with the caviot that I had 30 days to cancel. Was assured this plan through Zurrick was honered at ALL Mopar dealerships. I called every Mopar dealer within 50 miles of home. NONE of the Mopar dealers I called would accept the Warranty they were pushing me to buy. Westbury Ram did in fact violate (NY STATE Traffic Law 417-A) by not disclosing this vehicle was previously used as a RENTAL vehicle as indicated on its Carfax report. The slick talking manager who called me today about this review wanted to know why I waited 7 months to express my displeasure. ANSWER, I relpied to an email from the General Sales Manager welcoming me to their family of customers. I did infact express my displeasure of being forced to pay for the "Protection Package " to the General Manager on September 9th, 2025, just 9 days after buying this vehicle to which no reply came. I will be reporting these items to the State of NewYork and the Better Business Bureau. Beware Westbury Ram has good cars, good prices. The only thing lacking is INTEGRITY & HONESTY!! More
