Great dealership you can trust I have owned Chevy s for years and I care about sales and service. When my previous dealership was sold I tried Advantage Chevrolet and bought a 2011 I have owned Chevy s for years and I care about sales and service. When my previous dealership was sold I tried Advantage Chevrolet and bought a 2011 Malibu that really fits my every need. I liked the experience so much that I brought a friend who was a solid BMW gal and needed a work car. She bought a Sonic and we were both surprised at the great ride for a car that is an "Economy car' The stereo is great and no pressure sales were what really impressed me when I bought my Malibu and my friend when she bought her 2nd Sonic from them, Delivery is due next week as soon as they put in the sun roof she likes so much, I also have to admit to having 2 hot dogs LOL. The new manager is great to work with. go meet her if you want she wants us to be happy with the investment we make. We did get good deals and a good deal more. We have a dealer we can trust. More

Steve welcomed us when we entered your showroom with respect. Not once did we feel pressured or were "sales games" played. He was honest and up front with our buying experience. Honesty is the best policy and Steve "sold" us with the Advantage Chevrolet experience. We can buy cars anywhere, but Steve demonstrated how people should be treated when purchasing a vehicle. More

Advantage is the Team to beat I was looking to buy a Toyota Yaris and to trade in my ford explore so, I walked into Advantage because I had heard of their friendly and helpful sta I was looking to buy a Toyota Yaris and to trade in my ford explore so, I walked into Advantage because I had heard of their friendly and helpful staff. When I walked in I was greeted by Jason Roberts who matched me with Steve Garcia to take the 2014 Sonic for a test drive. Even though I was frantic to drive the new car Steve made the experience less painful than what I thought it would be. He talked to me about the safety features on the car oppose to the Yaris and just made my decision a lot smoother than what I expected. Once I sat down with Mark Brown I was more than please with the Deal and the service the Advantage team had done for me. I am happy to have gone back a week later for service and see everyone friendly face and enjoyed the accommodations they made for me. I am more than happy with my new 2014 Sonic and definitely recommend anyone who is looking to trade in their vehicle and in search for a new one they should definitely stop in ADVANTAGE and see Steve Garcia or anyone of their friendly staff. More

I was looking for a used car for my kids. I searched several sites on the internet and found a couple vehicles I liked with Advantage. The entire process was simple and straight-forward. We would definitely work with the folks at Advantage Chevrolet again. More

Will never buy from Advantage again... They false advertised a vehicle. They told us it was an LT model when it was an LS model. The paperwork even stated that it was an LT but once we looked up the advertised a vehicle. They told us it was an LT model when it was an LS model. The paperwork even stated that it was an LT but once we looked up the VIN # we realized it was an LS. So basically they sold us an LS for an LT price. When we contacted them about it they didn't feel that there was anything wrong with the situation. They tried to tell us that we got a good deal on the car but they had two other cars (same yr) on the lot that where LS models with similar or less miles for less money. It Took two days for the general manager to contact us then we had to drive 2.5 hrs back there to talk to the manager Jason Roberts but he didn't seem to want to help us out either. Eventually we traded the vehicle for another car on their lot but we were still not happy because they wanted us to cover all the fees on the new vehicle. After much frustration on our part they agreed to cover SOME of the fees and we just agreed so we could be done with the whole ordeal. They are the worst dealer I have ever delt with and I will never deal with them again, nor do I recommend them to others. More
