Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Andrew, the sales manager who asked us what vehicle we were interested in. I was interested in the Frontier pickup truck and he introduced us to Scott. Run away from this dealership! Worst possible buying experience I have had! Been buying cars for 50 plus years and made the mistake of stopping at this dealership. First when I called and made an appointment, whomever answered the phone was obviously asleep and even stated so. Then got the worst sales person in the building. Typical bate and switch salesman by the name of Mike Brady. He doubles as a fast food server in NJ! I was told he has me financed with a new car but the payments were too high. Then went to several used cars of which none were priced in the banks acceptable price range and would consider financing. Then, went back to the new car only to never receive a call about the previous approval. When I called Mike Brady was very rude to match his class level in life! He actually told me if my credit was not good enough I was f........ked! Is this what Nissan wants as a sales person? Is this what Nissan North America wants representing the company! Don't walk away from this dealership.............run away! Will never recommend them to anyone and plan on filing a complaint with Nissan North America! More

He Got Me Into A 2016 Altima And I Loved It Until It Just Got Totaled On 6/25/17 By Someone Rear Ending Me. I Came In To Steve Again And Told Him Exactly What I Wanted Again And He Told Me The Honest Truth With Every Selection We Looked At He Gave Me Exactly What I Wanted And I'm So In Love With My Nissan Rouge And I Got The Payments I Wanted.
