We have been a Mazda family for over 10 years now (10 for me-my husband was a customer even beyond that!) Every time we come back we know exactly why. When we walk in the door we are greeted by familiar faces and we are excited about what is next for us! Adam Dean has been our sales guy since 2015/16 and we know when the time comes to move on to a new vehicle he is ready to go for us. Everything is organized, stress free and its just a pleasure to be able to catch up, sign off, and drive off with our new wheels. Its not just about the necessity over here- it starts there but you get to know people and you are excited for them in their success because you know they love what they do. We are thrilled to be back again this year to purchase our 4th Mazda WITH Adam Dean! This year he really went all out! My husband surprised me by trading in his Cx5 to get me a brand new Soul Red Cx9 complete with the captains chairs I have been patiently waiting for Mazda to debut since uur family grew by 2 since my first SUV in 2015. If you have not caught on, I cannot say enough about Colonial Mazda and Adam Dean and how happy we are with each and every vehicle we have chosen. Pay him a visit and see for yourself! Wow...what can I say about this amazing dealership and Adam....I just purchased my 5th Mazda from Colonial and my 2nd from Adam....the process was seamless....Adam came in on his day off to make sure I wa Adam....I just purchased my 5th Mazda from Colonial and my 2nd from Adam....the process was seamless....Adam came in on his day off to make sure I was completely satisfied and that all questions were answered before I took ownership of my 2020 CX-9. I drove 4 hours from the State of New Hampshire to do business with Adam and Colonial Mazda... how’s that for loyalty. This dealership treats you like family!! From Dave Adam the sales manager to Jeremy Reichen the Service manager and Joe Lionetti the director, to the master mechanics, to Adam and the rest of the sales staff... I would highly recommend this experience to everyone!! This is my 4th CX-9 and I can’t say enough how much I love this luxurious Mazda!!!
