Very friendly and professional staff. Bought a new truck from Michelle, both my wife and I enjoyed working with her. She took plenty of time to explain the purchase thoroughly and then Bought a new truck from Michelle, both my wife and I enjoyed working with her. The Transwest service department has been very difficult to work with. Scheduling is a huge issue. No one communicates and the answer to me as the customer is always no. The service manager did make a hu to work with. Scheduling is a huge issue. No one communicates and the answer to me as the customer is always no. The service manager did make a huge effort to get the part that was needed to get my truck back on the road. He was able to locate a part that was not going to be available until Sept 26 at a dealership in Nebraska. I was very appreciative of his effort. More
