The Transwest service department has been very difficult to work with. Scheduling is a huge issue. No one communicates and the answer to me as the customer is always no. The service manager did make a hu to work with. Scheduling is a huge issue. No one communicates and the answer to me as the customer is always no. The service manager did make a huge effort to get the part that was needed to get my truck back on the road. He was able to locate a part that was not going to be available until Sept 26 at a dealership in Nebraska. I was very appreciative of his effort. More

I've been with Transwest Service in Henderson for 10+ years, and through 2 GMC Yukon vehicles. I've consistently found that the Service Advisors do what I ask, the technicians know what they're doing, an years, and through 2 GMC Yukon vehicles. I've consistently found that the Service Advisors do what I ask, the technicians know what they're doing, and they really don't try to sell extra services e.g. "your transmissioun lines are leaking" (which is both untrue and unneded). Never once has the Service Dept. at Transwest/Henderson attempted to jerk my chain. This is appreciated. It is a real tribute to Transwest that they don't play these games. Good service, Honest Service, and Timely Service. This is the way to keep customers coming back! Thanks Transwest/Henderson Service. More
