My experience with Steve has been phenomenal. I had previously shopped around multiple dealerships who gave me the run around, and always left me feeling guarded and like I was about to make the worst financial commitment imaginable. Steve on the other hand didn't use use any part of my situation as leverage. He used it as a simple fact. He looked at the numbers and availability, and within 5 or 10 minutes showed me my dream car was available and within my budget. I'm pretty sure the only reason we took so long is I was too stunned to speak. I couldn't believe the haggling and circular conversations were over, and all I had to do was say yes. He kept me up to date every step of the way and worked with my busy schedule. Not once did I feel panicked or pressured like I had with any dealership I'd ever dealt with.
