RAM RHO. Steve Craigmiles. When I was checking the vehicle out after completing the purchase I noticed scratches all down the drivers side of the vehicle. I agreed most could be rubbed out with a scratch remover but not the deep scratches in rear plastice fender flare. Steve assured me they would take care of it but as soon as I completed the RAM customer survey and this review, radio silence. Steve will not reply to my texts, calls or voicemails. I have now had to purchase the part myself. Lesson learned, do not sign the paperwork and the document that says what they owe you until you do the final vehicle inspection. Good price but do not fulfill their promises. More

Best auto buying experience we've ever had! After being screwed over by three other dealerships with hidden fees and unkept promises we found Jim Butler Chrysler and our amazing salesman Steve! Not only we screwed over by three other dealerships with hidden fees and unkept promises we found Jim Butler Chrysler and our amazing salesman Steve! Not only were they very honest and upfront but they went out of their way to make everything as easy and fast as possible and get us as many savings as possible. We spend weeks looking at trucks online and in person in Missouri and surrounding states and I am telling you right now you will not find better people, more options or a better deal anywhere! They got us quickly into a new 2021 Ram 1500 big horn for the around the price of what we were seeing trucks a few years old and with 30k+ miles on them. I could not be happier or recommend them more. In a world that is so hectic and crazy its wonderful to know there is still honest hardworking people out there. More
