I called yesterday morning for a quote on a car I am very interested in and I was told he would get back to me in 5 minutes. After waiting all day and no one ever got back to me I called back and they were v interested in and I was told he would get back to me in 5 minutes. After waiting all day and no one ever got back to me I called back and they were very short and rude, what about any other cars you might have? This was the same response I got the week before on another car I was interested in only that time no one returned my call at all. This was not the first car I purchased from your dealership only last time you were great, WHAT HAPPENED!!Now you have a Horrible sales department .. Although we arrived at about 2:30 the car was completely ready, prepped, plated, insured and road ready. The dealership is also adhereing to all heath regs and social distancing. When entering this ford dealer I was approached by Jim Lennon who immediately asked if I needed help. I told him I had been in contact with Steve and would like to speak with him. Without hesitation Jim went to Steve and brought him to me. The two of them immediately made me feel like a valued customer unlike other dealers I have been to. With little to no negotiation we made a deal work for the vehicle I wanted. Both Steve and Jim provided a more than excellent leasing experience. Sam in the finance office was knowledgeable about the paper work and in less than 10 minutes of being in his office everything was complete.
