Even when it looked like we might go with someone else -- he just said if you need something just let me know. The surrounding people were also excellent. The purchase took less than two hours and we left happy with a very nice X5 to go along with our current KUNI X5. Great dealership because of great people. More

I was going to wait until December before I purchased a new car, but I heard that dealers were giving maximum cash on trade ins, so I decided to look for a new car. I looked at the other local BMW dealership and all they had in stock were white 7 Series cars. Then remembering how my wife and I were treated by Ivorie when we needed to sell my wife's X6 I thought I'd give Kuni another shot to win my business. When I came in on Wednesday a delightful salesperson names Steve Cho introduced himself to me. I told him what I wanted, and he took me straight to the model and went to work on the deal. As a Black person, I'm used to insults and xxxxxxx questions like, "What do you do for a living?' or "Can you afford the payments?" I got none of the usual racist tropes I get here in Portland. He saw my credit, gave me a fair price for my trade in and sold me the car I wanted without all the haggle back and forth xxxxxxxx I normally get at dealerships. As a matter of fact, this was the single best car buying experience in my 56 years of life. If this is the kind of treatment I get when it comes to service on my new baby we named "The Beast II' I'll always be a Kuni BMW customer. I want to personally thank Steve Cho for taking the time and putting everything together. The 760I is the most beautiful car I've ever owned. Big Thanks to Adam Kline for walking me through the car. It's so advanced that I may need a full days class on everything this big baby does. Another shout out to Beni Jinar for his help with the financing. Beni will definitely convince you to always be a BMW owner and a Kuni BMW customer. BOOM!!! All around excellent experience. More

I purchased a new 2022 X5 from Kuni BMW last year in September 2021. I was relocating from a different state and reached out to Steve Cho to see if this dealership had any X5 in inventory. Unfortunately September 2021. I was relocating from a different state and reached out to Steve Cho to see if this dealership had any X5 in inventory. Unfortunately no, so I had to order a new one, but then I got to customize all the options. At the time, all the dealers maintained very low inventory level on every model (due to chip shortage, I believe?) so it was very challenging to buy a car. So many dealers were selling cars at ridiculous prices with $$$$ markups. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Steve throughout the whole process. He offered good price to begin with (no need to waste time on price negotiation), and he was clear on his explanations. Very honest and straightforward dealer, hassle-free. If I were to buy another BMW, I will go back to Steve. I was actually waiting to fill out a customer satisfaction survey regarding my purchase, but I never received one in my email. So far, I love my car :) More

I do not like buying cars because I do not like dealing with car sales people. Five years ago I purchased my car at the downtown location because I did not feel comfortable with the sales person at Kuni. with car sales people. I would give Steve Cho 11 out of 10 stars if I could. He was my dream sales person. He was no pressure, informed, and friendly. I felt like I was talking to a friend.
