A lifelong fan of sports cars and high-end car brands, Steve’s passion for the automotive world runs deep. Originally from Bryan College Station, he made the move to Houston in 2012. When he’s not at work, Steve is all about outdoor activities, from fishing to soccer, especially when it comes to keeping his three energetic boys, aged 2, 4, and 7, entertained. To be charged over $20,000 for a repair on a card with 15,000 miles is insane! I had to pay to downgrade the battery because they don’t make it anymore. What’s worse is the radio broke the battery. And 15,000 miles is insane! I had to pay to downgrade the battery because they don’t make it anymore. What’s worse is the radio broke the battery. And I had to replace that too. No misuse just the radio decided to break and also break the battery. No warranty on a car we paid $300,000 for on any of this. All out of pocket and all defects with the car. This was the worst experience ever. More

Took my car in for an estimate on damage carbon fiber engine cover and crossbar. I never received my estimate but they charged me for the service. The technician was more interested in discussing what h engine cover and crossbar. I never received my estimate but they charged me for the service. The technician was more interested in discussing what he thinks the car will need in the future. Bottom line I didn’t receive what I paid for and have not received a response to my request. Horrible experience More
