I have leased many vehicles in my life and never felt as comfortable and relaxed as I have when working with Chris Russo! His curtesy, insight, demeaner and most of all his character are what brings us back comfortable and relaxed as I have when working with Chris Russo! His curtesy, insight, demeaner and most of all his character are what brings us back to Ray Catena for another lease! The entire experience at Ray Catena, from meeting the staff at the front desk, to being acknowledged by the General Manager (Ms. Farrell), to going over the vehicle with Vinnie and ultimately working with a Sales Representative like Chris was nothing short of amazing! I can honestly say that I consider Chris a friend at this point - that's how comfortable he always makes us feel! Thank you Ray Catena of Freehold and thank you Chris!! More

Cristal and the rest of the staff at Mercedes Ray Catena in Freehold were extremely welcoming and were very kind. Avoid as any cost, better choose another Middlesex dealership! UPDATE: Unfortunately I was contacted by DealerRater and forced to change my original review due to a “it contains a call to action to v dealership! UPDATE: Unfortunately I was contacted by DealerRater and forced to change my original review due to a “it contains a call to action to visit another named dealership, which our guidelines do not allow”. Being a loyal customer, I changed few words in original version. I believe it will not affect the core of the message. Just avoid in any case if you value personal time and money. Recently visited Mercedes Freehold to fix Mercedes Me App connectivity. Called them in advance asking about appointment, but was informed it is unnecessary. Upon arrival was greeted by a nice lady on the dealership reception, it was the only positive feeling I experienced from their client orientation and hospitality. The sales manager Steve Chanis explained that the app access correction must be done by the selling dealer and can not be executed at his location. I had some serious doubts about his conclusion and decided to call Mercedes USA direct. After brief talk to their rep named John Ahjani I was insured that ANY Mercedes dealership can easily upgrade the database. So, I returned back to Mr. Chanis having John on a speaker phone. To my shocking surprise the response was “it is a premium time and I have no time and people to assist”. Then he turned back and walk away. Still having Mercedes USA on a speakerphone, I asked for advice and further action. With all respect to John, he was voiceless for almost a minute, then quietly whispered - “What he just said?” Then getting back to reality, he advised to write down an official complaint about the treatment received, also insured me of doing the same on their side. Further on, I returned back to the hall and called Steve Chanis again asking him AGAIN to book an appointment if necessary, willing to pay the money to have the issue fixed. He was patient enough to drift back and advised to call him on Monday and “we would think about it”. Monday morning I called Mercedes (censored) and fixed everything through the phone in 5 minutes. Sales person named Chris was helpful, polite and professional as you would expect from the Mercedes. Thanks again Chris for your help and kindness. You are asset for your organization and your professionalism and patience hearing bring relief to customers. I will put this review on (censored) Mercedes website, because heroes must be recognized. Doing small things daily and make customers happy is a key for a successful business! In conclusion, I would never go again to Freehold Dealer. Would not even look at their direction. Everyone knows the market situation. Everyone understands it is your(dealers) time, but disrespect, arrogance and unprofessionalism must be punished financially. And you, Mr. Steve Chanis will never receive a penny out of my and my friends pockets! More

I was very happy with my car buying experience with Steve Chanis and Gary Placona. I came in 3 times to test drive a few cars to narrow my choice down to the CLA and no high pressure sales pitch during my vi Chanis and Gary Placona. They were also to negotiate the perfect deal and paperwork to delivery was a very smooth easy experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales team to others. More

Amazing Experience The first time we came in just to “look”. Matt ushered us around like a pro, answered all our questions and any request to see a car or find a car fo The first time we came in just to “look”. Matt ushered us around like a pro, answered all our questions and any request to see a car or find a car for us was met with enthusiasm and kindness. We then had him look for us a particular car and if found give us a call. The very next day, not only did he find the car but sent us the specs, we then set up an appointment only to come in and change our mind completely. Matt rolled with the punches, making the transaction smooth and flawless. In fact, I have to say we were impressed with how everyone at the dealership treated us! From management, to cashier, front desk, lot technicians ...seriously each and everyone at this dealership not only treated us kindly, with respect but with a genuine friendliness that is hard to find in one sales person, let alone a whole building of people all working together efficiently and flawless to make our car experience perfect! And I do mean perfect, there was not one thing that needs to be improved... this car buying experience was hands down, the best we ever had, thank you! More
