Sales rep was good up to a point. After the deal was accepted, things were somewhat disjointed. I was summoned by the financial guy who started asking a lot of questions. He was ve After the deal was accepted, things were somewhat disjointed. I was summoned by the financial guy who started asking a lot of questions. He was very surprised I was never shown the actual bill of sale which I was also surprised about. The financial rushed through things until a second financial person (Sal) and things went smoothly. The sale rep help set up some of the things in the car (XC40 recharge) but didn't explain many of the features other than settings things up. I have never owned an electric car so many many things I didn't understand. I really wish there was some sort of personal tutorial for myself and my spouse. More

We had an amazing experience at Volvo! We appreciate the extra support, effort, and patience of Ashur to help us (my husband haha) feel confident in our decision.
