Griffin Chevrolet provided top notch service when our GMC Adadia had performance issues related to a Check Engine light that came on while we were traveling to Milwaukee. They took longer than expected. I dropped my car off at 7am and they said it wouldn’t be done until 5:30pm when I was told it would be done by 11am-12noon, which forced me to call o I dropped my car off at 7am and they said it wouldn’t be done until 5:30pm when I was told it would be done by 11am-12noon, which forced me to call out to work because I don’t have any other transportation. The price for the service kept changing starting from $2,600, to $3,000, then $900. At the end I paid $799. I was told my engine light and all other concerning lights were off, but when I got in my car the engine light was still on. Nobody could help me because most service help went home at 4pm. So I came back the following morning and after 3 hours more of work, they discovered it was an oil change required that caused the engine light. Finally all the concerning lights were off. Although, overall unprofessional. More

I called Wednesday to make an appointment for Saturday morning. I needed an oil change, new battery and brakes. He says no need for appointment, just come in. I stop in Friday night at 4:30, and again morning. I needed an oil change, new battery and brakes. He says no need for appointment, just come in. I stop in Friday night at 4:30, and again explain what I need and would like the truck back Saturday before close. I get a call at 11:00 that truck is done, but no time for brakes. Supposed to make another appointment. Ok fine, get there at 1:00 and truck is still not done, wait another 35 minutes and finally get out of there with an oil change and battery. What’s the point of calling early and dropping it off Friday night? I take three vehicles in for service at griffin and have bought a new vehicle there. Very disappointed More
