We had a great sales experience with Brian. We bought a vehicle from him 4 years ago and again recently. He got the answers we needed when we had concerns on the vehicle and he followed through to get stuf vehicle from him 4 years ago and again recently. He got the answers we needed when we had concerns on the vehicle and he followed through to get stuff taken care of after the sale. We are very happy with our vehicle and the experience. Snell remains at the top of the list to shop for vehicles. More

Very satisfied experience My wife Judy and I had an appointment to look at a 2013 Avalon at 11:am as we had seen it online and traveled from Marshall to see and test drive. We My wife Judy and I had an appointment to look at a 2013 Avalon at 11:am as we had seen it online and traveled from Marshall to see and test drive. We were met by salesman Christian Rank who had the car out front and ready for us to look at. He helped us to check over the car and test drive while our trade in vehicle was checked over. We were treated in a very friendly unpressured manner by all involved and the closing and handling of it all went very quickly and efficiently. After we left we stopped for lunch a few blocks away and the battery was completely dead. When Christian was called he came immediately with a service department person who got us started and into the shop to replace the battery. We were greatly thankful and blessed by the way everyone treated us. Thank you to Christian. More
