Had a very pleasant experience here and my salesman, Kordian. Although it wasn't a subaru I bought here but another car in the lot, they were still able to fix the problems. Salesman, Billy was great. Finance man Steve, not so much.made us wait on purpose. The problem came after I purchased the vehicle and asked for the spare key. The dealership told me they lost it and promised they would sent “their key guy” to my house to program a key. After weeks of phon for the spare key. The dealership told me they lost it and promised they would sent “their key guy” to my house to program a key. After weeks of phone calls, they have stopped answering me. Now after buying a $60k vehicle, I have to pay for a replacement key and reprogramming for a spare key that they lost. Beware - this how much they care about you. More

The on-line manager was extremely helpful, but it seemed like the dealership wasn’t on the same page. We had a difficult time securing the deal that was quoted on-line. Getting the paperwork to have the c like the dealership wasn’t on the same page. We had a difficult time securing the deal that was quoted on-line. Getting the paperwork to have the car registered was very eventful having us return to the dealership for missing paperwork. All and all, they honored the deal and we bought the car. Happy ending. More
