I walked in with one car on the brain ** 2014 JETTA TDI ** and Steve Alfano Jr. and World VW of TR delivered exac World of TR "Totally Did It" for me. I walked in with one car on the brain ** 2014 JETTA TDI ** and Steve Alfano Jr. and World VW of TR delivered exactly what I was looking for and within a couple $$ of the low ball internet price that I came in with! Steve was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about what I wanted. The entire buying process was much less painful than I expected and in comparison much better than other local dealerships I have bought cars from. The experience would rate in the top 1-2 that I've had while purchasing 4+ new cars in these various dealers over last 10yrs. The showroom is kinda sorta small, but has what it needs to get things accomplished. Generous with offers of bottled water and some continental style baked goods to munch while you're waiting for various stages of the buying experience. I have not yet had the pleasure (hopefully) of dealing with the SERVICE area, but looking forward to being treated like VIP as promised. Hope I am satisfied with service as much as I was showroom.
