Jay was great at explaining the car’s features and was very responsive when I contacted him while we were waiting for the car to arrive from the factory. The only downside was an option that ended up not very responsive when I contacted him while we were waiting for the car to arrive from the factory. When the car arrived, the dealer refused to honor the factory price for the option and instead insisted on an inflated aftermarket price—so I chose not to add it in the end. More
