This dealership quoted me almost 3000 dollars for something that cost 200$ to fix. A couple words to describe yall; lazy, miserable, broke, and corrupt. Stephon thought it would be appropriate to play candy crush on his mobile device instead of picking up my phone call. I have absolutely no respect for you people and i really hope you can implement something that boosts the morale of your employees. Everyone there is MISERABLE and it shows through the service (or lack there of) i recieved. More

great communication! I am not a “car person” so it was awesome to receive the videos showing what repairs needed to be done and why.
