He was kind, patient, professional, gentle and very knowledgeable about the product. He was not pushy or aggressive like some sale people can tend to be. This is the first dealership I encountered where the price of the certified pre-owned vehicle does not include a bunch of other bogus fees. The price was fair compared to my market research. I came in with my own pre-approved financing however Stephen suggested that I allow their finance department to see if they could get me a lower rate, and they did. I am a customer for life. He went above and beyond he took me to Enterprise so I could return my rental and then brought me back to the dealer to drive my car home. Thank you Stephen for being so kind! More
