This is now my favorite VW dealership! I first worked with Julia through email to find the exact car I wanted and get a great price. I then called to secure the vehicle and put down a deposit. I came in the next evening to meet with Peter Simmons. He had the car warmed up and running for me to check it out. I quickly then signed paperwork with finance (very nice guy). Everything from moment we arrived until we left took under an hour. Two days later (today) Peter and a car runner drove my car to NH to meet me at my Town Hall to register. Quick and easy. Very nice people and extremely smooth transaction. Hassle free, No pressure. I will be back when VW brings a convertible back. Hopefully a Taos convertible! 😊 Thanks Peter! More

I had a very good experience with Peter Simmons at Kelly. He was helpful, informed and not too pushy. My car came a month earlier than expected which was great! Peter took all the time I needed to help me un He was helpful, informed and not too pushy. My car came a month earlier than expected which was great! Peter took all the time I needed to help me understand all the ins and outs of an EV which I have not had before. He was great. The only downside was after we had almost closed the deal with the business manager, I was presented with the extended warranty, almost 3k in addition. I would have been happier had this been presented up front with a discussion on pros and cons. Turns out this is a typical practice and in my opinion, not a good one. Otherwise, a very positive experience. More
