I dropped off my Malibu at Jerry’s Chevrolet in Parkville for its first oil change. It was by far the WORST dealer experience ever! I brought in a family member’s vehicle to get an oil change. I pulled up in the service area and was directed to have a seat in the waiting room. I h I brought in a family member’s vehicle to get an oil change. I pulled up in the service area and was directed to have a seat in the waiting room. I had a seat and proceeded to work on my laptop. A team member came to me and took down my info at which time I informed them of the service warranty that was on the vehicle. The team member said an advisor would come speak with me. I waited in the same area, working on my laptop. Someone came to me and said my vehicle was ready. I stated I have the service warranty and Stephen began to be condescending and rude. He asked why I didn’t tell someone about this earlier!!! As I was explaining I told the person that took my info, I was chastised! An advisor DID NOT come to speak to me and someone dropped the ball. After about an hour, the warranty company was reached and the service was approved. I was given an explanation of they were busy. And did not even receive an apology! I myself am an owner of a BMW and Mercedes and glad I do not have to go back there again!!!!! More
