Toyota dealership service vibes at a Range Rover. They just want to get that commission and after that customer can go to xxxx. You pay more for a car for a better experience but here at schamburg range its all about screwing customers just so they can hit their goals and make money. Purchased a 2021 Velar with 8k miles paid 80k out the door. Brakes were bad on the car and dealership advised that wifey drives the car with shaky brakes. Drove for a week, still same issue so really had to beg the dealership to change the brakes. They changed the pads only and didn't touch the rotors. Car still shakes and vibrates on braking and it is very dangerous for the wifey to be driving 90 miles a day daily with bad warped rotors. Stay away from this dealership and save yourself some time, effort and energy and pick a different range dealership. More

Generally I love this dealership and go to them regularly. This visit was to swap my winter tires for my summer tires. Unfortunately I didn’t check the work of the tech before I left and when I got home realized that the right front tire wasn’t correctly mounted as the sidewall of the tire wasn’t contacting the wheel edge. Now I have to return again and have this fixed. There is simply no excuse for this kind of mistake as the tech has to look right at the problem when he puts the wheel on the car. Very poor quality control. More
