I was looking for a used outback in the 21-23 range and walked into Schomp Mazda and found exactly what I wanted. Steve gave us a very friendly greeting when we entered and made us feel welcome. Then he se walked into Schomp Mazda and found exactly what I wanted. Steve gave us a very friendly greeting when we entered and made us feel welcome. Then he set us up with Gianna who was just as friendly and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. We took the vehicle out for a test run and were very interested in buying it at that point. Gianna answered all of our purchasing questions and laid everything out via the computer and laminated pricing and categories. We felt lucky to have had her as our guide to getting the vehicle we wanted and the process was easy and not stressful. We even felt like it was a nice break from the xmas shopping to be sitting in the Mazda Showroom for a little bit while the Mazda crew did all of the heavy lifting. Schomp is amazing and in particular this place. You are treated like family the minute you walk through the door. He took time to care and walked through every question and concern as well as trying to meet what I wanted in a car and the price point I needed on my budget and did it twice as I came in two times while I took time deciding what I wanted. I was meet by Deeray when I first walked in who had the brightest smile and happy attitude that it set me at ease coming to my appointment. Deeray also walked through with me my vehicle and we were laughing and having a good time getting to know each other and my new Mazda I purchased. Thomas was impressively able to multitask with new sales folks shadowing him and other customer interactions, while still ensuring I was comfortable and things moved fast.
