Awesome customer service. Since I started looking for a new Lexus every dealership was giving me a bait and switch one price over the phone and even worse over the internet ,t Since I started looking for a new Lexus every dealership was giving me a bait and switch one price over the phone and even worse over the internet ,than at the time of signing they would tack on $5,000 to $10,000 more . I walked away from 5 signings for my new Rx 350 before I found Orange County Lexus. Your dealership is the only one that has kept their word with the out the door price. And even though I have to drive over 2 hours to get there to pick up my new car you now have a customer for life !! More
