He provided all the data and did not try to sugar coat anything or force a sale. Felt very relaxed and comfortable talking to him. At the time of negotiations, he was very happy to do what I asked and very upfront. They went above and beyond the expectations I had. All parties stayed over closing time to get me the truck and I was very happy with the price I got for the truck and the interactions with Zayne. He offered us refreshments, ran to get me an air freshener, and other little items throughout the 2 hours I was there. Of course, during the actual negotiations was a bit more intense with the financial manager but I came in prepared for those conversations. Overall a great experience. More
