At all their locations we have experienced die hard employees truly devoted to doing their jobs the way they would want to be treated. The nice cars are just a perk. It’s the service department employees that keep people coming back. The salesman and finance personnel are also key to it too. I do not want to buy a car if the salesman seems shady or pushy. Somethings changed at Mercedes-Benz of Plano service, as of this year I have had 2 unpleasant encounters with them. 1. Tried to schedule an appointment for a cabin air filter change they wanted 4 weeks t of this year I have had 2 unpleasant encounters with them. 1. Tried to schedule an appointment for a cabin air filter change they wanted 4 weeks to do this. 2. Something went wrong with the electrical system had to tow it in I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes being ignored before anything was said or done. Now three days later when I called to check vehicle status the response was they are working on it. When I asked to speak to the Service Manager I was told they were unavailable. What happened to you people? More
