Somethings changed at Mercedes-Benz of Plano service, as of this year I have had 2 unpleasant encounters with them. 1. Tried to schedule an appointment for a cabin air filter change they wanted 4 weeks t of this year I have had 2 unpleasant encounters with them. 1. Tried to schedule an appointment for a cabin air filter change they wanted 4 weeks to do this. 2. Something went wrong with the electrical system had to tow it in I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes being ignored before anything was said or done. Now three days later when I called to check vehicle status the response was they are working on it. When I asked to speak to the Service Manager I was told they were unavailable. What happened to you people? More

In my limited interaction with MB of Plano, they have a nice selection of vehicles and seem to be congenial albeit on the cold side. However, thanks to my car’s apparent lack of value in the Plano market, I did not move forward on the SL550 with this dealership. I got much higher offers on my car from KS and MO. Still too low to trade with them either, but up to 10k higher than Plano. More

Absolutely a wonderful experience! We currently own a Mercedes and wanted to trade in another competitor vehicle for another Mercedes. We saw several we liked at Mercedes of Plano onl We currently own a Mercedes and wanted to trade in another competitor vehicle for another Mercedes. We saw several we liked at Mercedes of Plano online and set up a meeting with Steve at the dealership. When we arrived, he had them up front and ready for a test drive. We are already familiar with the Mercedes driving design, but Steve took the time to update us on newer features. We looked at the models we had chosen on the internet And narrowed the field for our test drive. We know how a Mercedes “feels” and felt right at home. Both of us drove to get a feel, made all the turns around the neighborhood and became very satisfied with the handling and vehicle response. We loved the product and sat down to make a deal. Very professional and very detailed, Mercedes of Plano tested our car and came back with an offer that was extremely close to our top end expectations. We shook Hands and moved on to the final phase of financing and closing the paperwork - it was as effortless as the fist two phases. Very knowledgeable, very personal. Exactly what you would expect from Mercedes and it’s experienced staff at the dealership. We couldn’t be happier! More

My car is almost 20 years old and I scheduled a 21 point inspection of my car at the time of my oil change when I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived the service attendant informed me that th inspection of my car at the time of my oil change when I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived the service attendant informed me that the 21 point inspection can only be completed when a full service is done and I was only having an oil change. I showed him the email from Mercedes that confirmed the 21 point inspection. I received no remarks or recommendations regarding the inspection. I appreciated the ride home while I had to wait 2 hours for the service. I have been a customer since 2002. More
